There is a reason nobody remembers the toilets at a good wedding. The best sanitation disappears into the background — clean, comfortable, and entirely unremarkable. The worst, on the other hand, becomes a talking point for all the wrong reasons. A row of plastic cubicles beside the marquee tells your guests exactly how much thought you put into their comfort. It tells them: not much.
Chelford Mobile Services supplies luxury toilet trailers for weddings, corporate hospitality, private parties, and any event where the standard simply will not do. These are not portable toilets with a coat of paint. They are purpose-built trailer units, finished to a standard that would not look out of place inside a country house hotel.
Step through the door and you will find walnut-effect cabinetry, granite-effect countertops, ceramic urinals, and vessel wash basins with mixer taps and hot running water. LED mood lighting sets the tone — warm and subtle, not the fluorescent glare of a site cabin. Reed diffusers and fresh flowers are provided as standard, because details matter when you are asking guests to use a facility that arrived on the back of a lorry that morning.
The floors are non-slip but elegant. Full-length mirrors, hand towels, and quality hand soap are included. Every surface is easy to clean and built to handle heavy footfall without looking tired by the end of the night.
We offer two standard configurations:
Both configurations are self-contained, with onboard fresh water tanks and waste tanks. No mains drainage connection is needed.
Your guests will walk across a short step-up into a fully lit, heated, and ventilated interior. In winter, the trailer is warm. In summer, it stays cool. The experience is closer to visiting the facilities in a boutique hotel than anything your guests would associate with outdoor sanitation. And that is the entire point — they should not have to think about it at all.
We deliver, position, connect, and collect. On the day, the trailer is serviced and checked before your first guest arrives. All you need to provide is a reasonably level, firm standing area and vehicle access for delivery.

Our most popular unit for weddings and mid-size events. Separate male and female sides, each with their own entrance, double vessel basins, and vanity areas. The walnut and grey interior with colour-changing LED lighting creates an atmosphere guests genuinely notice — and comment on.
Our luxury toilet trailers are fully self-contained. Each unit carries its own fresh water supply, waste holding tank, and 12V lighting system. You do not need mains water or drainage on site.
The trailers require a single 240V electrical connection for interior lighting, heating, and hot water. A standard 13A domestic socket is sufficient for most short events. For longer hires or cold weather, we recommend a 16A supply. If you are running from a generator, we can advise on the minimum output required.
The trailer needs a firm, reasonably level standing area — compacted gravel, tarmac, concrete, or short grass on solid ground. Soft, waterlogged fields will not work without temporary trackway, which we can arrange if needed.
Vehicle access is essential. Our delivery vehicles need to reach the positioning point directly. Narrow lanes, low bridges, and tight turns should be discussed at the planning stage so we can confirm suitability.
Every trailer is fitted with skirting panels on delivery, concealing the wheels and chassis. This gives a clean, finished appearance that sits properly within your event layout. The skirting is included at no extra charge.
